Randy has invested in technology to provide forms of automation so that container information is acquired in a timely fashion. By giving clients 24-hour access to the status of their container and relieving the staff of tedious paperwork, customer service has risen to increased heights of approval. Randy has a keen sense of humor, a genuine concern for all who come through the doors.
